K-12 Faith Formation

Faith Formation sessions will be held on Sunday mornings in between masses, from 9am-10:15am, for students in grades K-12. The program includes Sacramental preparation for 2nd graders and younger students who will be receiving the Eucharist for the first time, as well as Confirmation preparation for high school students who are ready to take the next step in their faith journey.

Sessions are led by well-trained volunteers, who are passionate about their Catholic faith, and eager to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with our youth.

There is an enrollment fee of $40.00 per student to help with the purchase of books and materials that will be used through out the year. If your family is in need of a full or partial scholarship, please contact the parish office at 518-274-1363 or email our Faith Formation Director at [email protected] No family will ever be turned away due to financial hardship.

To register a student, please submit the online form below. You must fill out a separate form for each student. More information, including a detailed schedule, will be sent out in late September to all registered families.
