Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament

Eucharistic Adoration is the adoration of Jesus Christ present in the Holy Eucharist!  Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament will begin following conclusion of the 5:30 pm Holy Thursday Liturgy and continue until 10:00 pm on Thursday April 21, 2011 at Sacred Heart Church.

Please consider spending some time in prayer and meditation before our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament.  It is a great way to spend special time with Him. You can ask Him for graces for yourself or for loved ones, reflect on His Word, or just keep Him company!

Lenten Reflection Series to Begin!

On each Tuesday of Lent, beginning this Tuesday, March 15, Sacred Heart RC Church will have a special program on the Eucharist at 7pm in the church.  Ed Martin, a member of our parish who has a Doctor of Theology degree will lead this series of reflections on the Eucharist and give us some insight into the new Revised Roman Missal.  This is a fine opportunity for us all to explore the meaning of this sacrament.
