In the Name of Father, Son & Holy Spirit

No one in their right mind can deny that the Holy Trinity is the most profound of all the mysteries that God in His infinite love has revealed to us. Yet, God apparently deems it important that if we are to know Him as He is, we must recognize and acknowledge His trinitarian nature!

Thus, from the very beginning of Christianity this has been recognized as one of the most important tenants of our faith, and as early as the very first General Council of the Church, there was an attempt to develop language, however inadequate it might be, which might be used to describe the Holy Trinity.  This mystery of our faith is invariably linked to the fact that we believe that God (the Son) became man in Jesus Christ, and contemporary theologians will tell us that God is relational, that He is a community of persons… Father, Son and Holy Spirit!

Therefore our lives in communion with God require us to resist the selfishness and self-centeredness promoted by contemporary culture and accept the community aspects and responsibilities of living our lives as Christians!
