Eastside Cardboard City Service Project

The Eastside Cardboard City is an annual youth event for 8th-12th grade students. Participants will spend the night outdoors on the church grounds in their own cardboard village in solidarity with the poor of our community. The event will include inspiring testimonials, movie showing, activities, and time for prayer, praise, and reflection.

In 2019, participants raised over $1,600 dollars for Joseph’s House Homeless Shelter in Troy.

The next Cardboard City is scheduled for Friday May 24th, 2019.

For more specifics, contact Matt Ingold at youthfaithformation.shs@gmail.com. Registration materials will become available 2 months prior to the event.
