Bishop’s Appeal Update

2014 SHC BA 78 Percent of GoalSacred Heart’s response to the annual Bishop’s Appeal has reached 78% of our $73,523 assessed amount!  Is this the year that we reach our goal? It has been very encouraging so far. As of June 1st we have 225 gifts and pledges in the amount of $57, 401.

We still have many parishioners to hear from and it would be wonderful to have 100% participation. Your gifts to the Bishop’s Appeal help fund many essential ministries and programs of the Diocese of Albany, such as Catholic Charities, Pastoral and Support Services etc.

Please, prayerfully reflect on the gifts that God has given you and join your fellow parishioners in their response to the annual appeal – Bishop Scharfenberger’s first!
