Buildings and Grounds Committee

The Building and Grounds Committee consists of local professionals and parishioners who meet monthly to advise the pastor on matters relating to the maintenance, upkeep and repair of the parish facility and to plan and monitor construction and renovation projects as they arise.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee consists of parishioners, the  parish business manager and parish trustees who  meet quarterly to review  financial statements  and advise the pastor on issues related to the financial health and stability of the parish.

Pastoral Council

Working within the light of Church teaching and the mission of the larger Church, Sacred Heart’s Pastoral Council functions to envision, evaluate and address the needs, suggestions and goals of our parish community. The council meets approximately 4 to 6 times a year and as requested by the Pastor.  Council meetings are open to the public and are held in the church rectory at 7:00pm.

Web Site Committee

Instituted in late 2010 this new ministry works to further the goal of increasing Sacred Heart’s presence on the world wide web with the primary goal of building an interactive and vibrant information resource and outreach tool for the parish community.  Members routinely maintain and update the parish web presence ensuring that essential, appropriate and timely information of interest to the parish community is available via the internet.

Confessions

Saturday: 3:00pm or by appointment (Call 274-1363)

Baptism

Please call the Rectory (274-1363) weekdays for information and scheduled dates.

Marriage

Please call the Rectory (274-1363) weekdays for an appointment at least six months in advance of wedding.

Hospital Visits

If you, or a loved one is admitted to the hospital, it is important that you identify yourself to the hospital as a member of Sacred Heart Parish or contact the Rectory (274-1363) to inform us of your hospitalization.
